Your cover is the single biggest factor in what a hot tub costs to run. A waterlogged, sagging or torn cover lets heat escape all winter and puts constant load on the heater — replacing it usually pays for itself in energy savings.

We supply replacement covers for hot tubs and swim spas in a range of tapers, densities and skirt lengths, with reinforced hinges and heat seals suited to snow load and freeze-thaw cycles.

Covers are size-specific. Measure your spa outside edge to outside edge, note the corner radius and fold direction, and we will confirm the right fit — custom sizes are available for older or unusual spas.
