Eight Years, Four Showrooms, One Standard
We opened in 2017 and have grown to four showrooms across Rocklin, Sacramento and Rancho Cordova, operating under two retail banners that serve two genuinely different kinds of buyer.
What has not changed since the first store: we put people in the water before we quote them, we answer our own phones, and the person who sold you your spa is still here when you call about it four winters later. In a category that runs on one-time transactions and 1-800 numbers, that turns out to be the entire business.

Why You Will Not See a Price on a Hot Tub
Hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and cold plunges on this store show specifications instead of prices. Family pricing is set in person, because it includes delivery, setup, site conditions and the options you actually chose.
Water care, filters and accessories are priced and sold online normally — add to cart, pick up at your nearest showroom or have it shipped.
How a Spa Purchase Actually Works Here
Spas are quoted, not listed
Two households buying the identical Twilight 8.2 can land on very different out-the-door numbers — one has a level pad twenty feet from an existing 230V subpanel, the other needs a crane over the roofline. Ask for family pricing on any spa and a person responds with a real figure.
Accessories are ordinary ecommerce
Filters, sanitizer, test strips, chemical kits, cover lifters and steps are priced, in stock and add-to-cart. Free local pickup at your nearest showroom is usually ready the same day.
In-stock spas can be reserved
When a unit is physically on the floor and available, a refundable deposit holds it and applies to the purchase. It buys you a week to arrange electrical or finish a pad without watching the spa sell to someone else.
The wet test comes first, always
Free, seven days a week, at all four showrooms. Bring the person you will actually share the tub with — seat depth and lounger length feel completely different at 5'4" than at 6'2".
Delivery, Installation and What Happens After
Full-service means the same company handles every step, so there is one point of contact from the showroom floor to a service call years later.
Site review before delivery day
Site review before delivery day
We confirm your pad, measure the access route and identify gates, slopes and overhead wires before the truck is scheduled. Surprises on delivery day are expensive and entirely avoidable.
White-glove placement and electrical
White-glove placement and electrical
Our crew places and sets the spa, including crane placement when the access route requires it. Electrical connection is coordinated with a licensed electrician; most models need a dedicated 230V circuit.
Start-up water chemistry, in person

We fill, start and balance the water with you standing there, and we do not leave until you can do it yourself. Most first-year water problems trace back to a rushed handover.
Service handled in-house
Service handled in-house
Repairs and maintenance run through our own service department at spaservicesac.com. You are calling the people who sold and installed your spa, not a subcontractor meeting it for the first time.
Trade-ins and haul-away
Trade-ins and haul-away
We take trade-ins on most working spas, and we can remove an old unit on delivery day whether or not you trade it in.
Come Meet the Family.
Eight years in, four showrooms across Northern California, and a full-service model that keeps us on the hook long after the sale — that is the whole pitch, and it only means something once you have met us.
Walk into any showroom, get in the water, and ask the questions you have been saving up. No fee, no appointment strictly required, and no obligation on the other side of it.
