“Everything was FANTASTIC from delivery, delivery guys Sebastian and Walter, sales, and setup HAPPY Hot Tubbing WE LOVE IT 💖👍🥰 …”

“After visiting several hot tub stores where pushy salespeople hovered constantly, Tatianna’s respectful approach was a breath of fresh air. She gave me space to browse on my own, checking in periodically with helpful answers without ever crowding me. Rather than giving a rehearsed pitch, she was completely honest about the learning curve of spa ownership and followed through with incredible prep resources. I felt listened to and told the truth—making this a rare, genuinely comfortable buying experience."

“Tatiana provided exceptional, highly knowledgeable customer service from the moment I walked in. Though I only came for a single item, she took the time to double-check that I had the exact filters and essential supplies needed to get my spa running properly. Her incredible attention to detail saved me from a lot of hassle—and a cold hot tub. I highly recommend asking for Tatiana if you want someone who truly goes the extra mile!”

“So far, so good. They offered a great deal on the Bullfrog spa. The owner is very interested in earning your business. Our A7L was delivered in 6 weeks. I would recommend them to my neighbors and use them in the future for sure.”
