Generally this is a lower cost than a crane.
This only pertains to open access for truck and trailer. Does not include any additional equipment - IE no forklift or crane. Sales person does not dictate this. If this is added to a sales order but you do not have the needed space for this delivery type- A crane will be needed. The price of this will be reimbursed if paid in full, cancelled on order is not paid in full, OR used to assist in crane coverage.
